Warranty Policy - Fredo Audio
We at fredo.in have a very liberal warranty policy. The confidence stems from our meticulous manufacturing process and the care we take in making each and every product.
We offer a 1-year warranty policy against all manufacturing defects.
These defects do not cover:
- Installation tampering/failures/damage to dust cap or diaphragm
- Fall damages (particle sound in chassis, which may be attributed to fall damage)
- Overdriving current by mismatched amplifiers
- Water contact
The customer is deemed responsible for the environment in which the product is placed and used. The defects caused by heat damage, high humidity effects, and normal wear and tear are not covered under warranty.
If a customer finds that there is damage arising due to faulty workmanship, they can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with videos/images of the defect and claim for warranty within one year from the date of billing.
The courier charges to and fro Fredo factory (ASG Enterprise. 29/5, Street No 6. Industrial Area. Libaspur. Delhi 110092) will be borne by the customer itself.
The product will be repaired free of cost if it is ascertained by our factory technician that the defect pertains to faulty workmanship. The assessment of our factory technician will be final and binding on the customer unless the customer proves their technical expertise through electronics experience, proficiency, or qualifications.
No claim will be entertained without a proper GSTIN bill copy. As in the electronics business, we cannot stop fake products from being sold in offline/online markets, which are without a bill and sold by unauthorized agents. Point of sale genuineness is to be ascertained for safeguarding the customer's interest as well.
