High motor strength (BL 12.3 Tesla*metre), powerful voice coil piston action. Y30 grade double ferrite magnets, create more magnetic flux, for powerful bass. An increase of 15% bass effect in comparison to Fredo 8 inch single magnet subwoofer (BL 10.8 Tesla*metre). High piston movement may lead to spreaded/continuous and overlapping bass notes at times, unless diaphragm is dampened optimally. Fredo uses double glued, reinforced spider for mechanical dampening. High Qms (8.73) is achieved for electrical dampening. The combination of mechanical(sturdy double glued spider)and electrical (high Qms) dampening to counteract massive motor strength for this size of subwoofer, gives tighter and accurate bass. Fredo is Made in India and costing will always surprise the informed customer.

• 1.5 inch copper voice coil on kapton paper. Voice coil length and winding width is controlled to achieve high motor strength, yet accurate bass notes, with sharp cut off.
• Reduced Box volume of 30 litres - Round ported vent, is sufficient due reduced Qes (0.43). Alternately, 32L-Front slotted box is recommended for optimum bass.
